Configuration and customization of planning and production processes. Analysis and resolution of functional incidents. Definition, analysis, and implementation of evolutionary enhancements. Identification of opportunities to improve manufacturing processes. Development of functional specifications and coordination with technical teams. Participation in SAP PP implementation, upgrade, and enhancement projects. Coordination with functional teams for MM, QM, and SD modules. Execution of functional testing and validation of solutions. Advanced user support and training on SAP PP processes. Monitoring compliance with corporate procedures and standards.
