A person with **total ownership**, who takes responsibility for their own metrics and those of the team, and who is **results-oriented and committed to continuous improvement.** Your mission will be to free up the sales team (SDR + AE) from operational and support tasks, **optimize data flows and outbound campaigns, and ensure traceability and reliability of the sales pipeline.** **Requirements:** --------------- **Essential Requirements:** * Proven experience in **B2B sales** or within growth/sales teams. * Advanced proficiency in **Salesforce** (configuration, reporting, integrations, automations, workflows, etc.). * Experience in **multichannel campaigns** (LinkedIn, email, automations) and knowledge of tracking (UTMs, tags, conversions). * Participation in **Go-To-Market (GTM)** strategies, understanding the complete funnel (from lead to closure). * Experience with **prospecting and cold outreach tools** (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lemlist, HubSpot, Snov, Outreach, etc.). * **Analytical skills** to turn data into decisions. **Desirable Qualifications:** * Experience selling or supporting the sale of financial, tax, or complex B2B products, especially to CFO / CEO / Head of Finance profiles. * Professional-level English. **What will your responsibilities be?** Your role will focus on optimizing and providing operational support throughout the sales cycle: * **CRM and Data:** Be responsible for the organization, daily hygiene, and enrichment of Salesforce. Create and maintain performance dashboards and reports and KPIs (conversions, contact rates, time per stage, etc.). Manage duplicates, campaign attribution, and traceability. * **Structure and Documentation:** Document and keep updated sales processes. Design and optimize the sales playbook and workflows (SDR AE close). Participate in the continuous improvement of the Go-To-Market strategy (buyer personas, ICP, messaging, channels, cadences). * **Outbound and Opportunity Generation:** Segment and generate qualified ICP lists. Launch automated outbound campaigns (LinkedIn + Email). Test copy, flows, and channels to increase conversion rates. * **Reporting and Performance:** Present results during weekly traction meetings.
