Maintain cleanliness and good condition of the bar, bar furniture, tables, and other equipment. Prepare and serve hot, cold, and alcoholic beverages. Stock ice, glassware, and supplies. Anticipate replenishment needs and report them immediately. Wash dishes and kitchen utensils as needed. Complete opening and closing tasks. Retrieve all necessary supplies and transport them from storage to the bar area when required. Secure liquors, beers, wines, refrigerators, cabinets, and storage areas. Document relevant information in department records. Anticipate extra food needs and communicate special requests to the kitchen. Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe working conditions to management. Comply with all company policies and procedures, ensure uniform and personal appearance are neat and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets. Greet and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate their service needs and address them promptly, assist guests with disabilities, and express genuine appreciation to guests. Communicate clearly and professionally with others, prepare and review written documents accurately and completely, and answer phones using proper protocols. Foster and maintain positive working relationships with others, support the team in achieving common goals. Adhere to quality assurance expectations and standards. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing 25 pounds or less; stand, sit, or walk for extended periods or throughout the entire workday.
