A Master's in Legal\-Labor Consulting is highly valued. * Minimum 4\-6 years of experience in similar roles, **mandatory within multi\-subsidiary corporate groups** (not single\-entity companies). * Proven and demonstrable experience in: + Internalizing payroll processes from external consulting firms. + **Payroll system configuration** in multi\-collective agreement environments. + **Labor analytics**: developing and interpreting HR KPIs for decision\-making. + **Designing and executing corporate\-level labor strategy**. + Company integrations/mergers from the labor perspective. + Harmonizing HR policies across different entities within a group. * Expert knowledge of the Workers' Statute and the General Social Security Law. * Proficiency with payroll software (A3nom, Sage, Meta4, SAP HR or similar) and data analytics tools. * Problem\-solving profile with strategic vision and ability to build processes from scratch while managing multiple stakeholders. * English proficiency is desirable. **Offer** * Join the Group's HR team with direct reporting to HR Management. * Strategic project with direct impact on the Group's structure. * Permanent contract. * Hybrid work model in Madrid. * Competitive compensation based on merit and experience.
