We are looking for a Rental Agent to join a dynamic team within the car rental industry in Sant Boi de Llobregat (Barcelona). Customer orientation, flexibility, continuous improvement, and commitment to delivering memorable experiences in every interaction define us. Main Responsibilities \- Personalized service for national and international customers. \- Management of reservations, rental contracts, and administrative closures. \- Vehicle handover and return. \- Advisory services on additional offerings and mobility solutions. \- Inspection of vehicle condition before and after rental. \- Incident resolution and customer follow-up. \- Coordination with the operations team to ensure service quality. ### **Requirements** \- Prior experience in customer service, sales, or the car rental sector. \- Advanced proficiency in Spanish and English (other languages are valued). \- Organized, solution-oriented, and communicative individual. \- Commercial orientation and ability to work toward objectives. \- Valid Class B driver's license. \- Availability to work rotating shifts and weekends. ### **Offered** \- Contract type: Temporary until September, with potential transition to permanent employment \- Working hours: Full-time \- Shifts: To be defined \- Salary: €1,682.35 gross/month \- Start date: Immediate.
