We are looking to hire a Rental Agent to join a dynamic team in the car rental industry in Sant Boi de Llobregat (Barcelona). Customer orientation, flexibility, continuous improvement, and commitment to delivering memorable experiences in every interaction define us. Main Responsibilities \- Personalized service for domestic and international customers. \- Management of reservations, rental contracts, and administrative closings. \- Vehicle delivery and collection. \- Consultation on additional services and mobility solutions. \- Vehicle condition verification before and after rental. \- Incident resolution and customer follow-up. \- Coordination with the operational team to ensure service quality. ### **Requirements** \- Prior experience in customer service, sales, or the car rental sector. \- Advanced Spanish and English proficiency (other languages are a plus). \- Organized, proactive, and communicative individual. \- Commercial orientation and ability to work toward objectives. \- Valid Class B driving license. \- Availability to work rotating shifts and weekends. ### **Offer** \- Contract type: Temporary until September, with potential transition to the client company \- Working hours: Full-time \- Shifts: To be defined \- Salary: €1,682.35 gross/month \- Start date: Immediate.
