Our flagship product, an internal trading platform, is offered as a Software\-as\-a\-Service (SaaS) solution to other brokers. Our team is dedicated to driving growth through top\-tier sales, marketing, and affiliate strategies. To support our expansion, we’re looking for a talented **Sales, Marketing \& Affiliate Recruiter** to join our team and help us attract the best talent in these key areas. As a **Business Recruiter**, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across our commercial functions. Your focus will be on building a strong pipeline of candidates for sales, marketing, and partnership roles, ensuring we continue to scale with the right people. ### **Tasks:** * Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs for sales, marketing, and affiliate roles; * Manage the full\-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to offer negotiation; * Utilize various sourcing methods, including LinkedIn, job boards, etc; * Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process; * Stay up\-to\-date with hiring trends in sales, marketing, and affiliate industries. ### **Requirements:** * Proven experience in recruiting for sales, marketing, and/or affiliate roles; * Proficiency in English (C1\) and Russian (C1\); * Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities; * Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities effectively; * Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools; * A proactive and results\-driven mindset. ### **What we offer:** * Remote or hybrid work model; * Competitive remuneration; * Friendly, enjoyable and positive environment.
