Your mission is to ensure safe and efficient operations in compliance with regulatory standards, leading both technical aspects and management of assigned personnel. You will be accountable for operational excellence, customer satisfaction, regulatory compliance, and service continuity—acting as the primary liaison between the company and radiopharmacies. Plan, coordinate, and direct radiopharmacy activities, ensuring operational excellence, product and service quality, safety, and regulatory compliance (GMP, ISO, CSN, environmental regulations, etc.). Optimize resources and processes to guarantee service levels and business growth. **Essential Functions** ----------------------- **Operational Leadership** * Lead and supervise manufacturing operations across all plants under your responsibility. * Define and ensure achievement of operational objectives aligned with corporate strategy. **Financial Management** * Develop, manage, and monitor operational budgets. * Analyze variances and implement corrective actions. * Participate in capital investment (CAPEX) evaluations and lead execution of strategic projects. **Stakeholder Engagement** * Coordinate activities with Procurement and Logistics, Commercial, Quality/Regulatory, and Finance departments. * Manage relationships with strategic suppliers, key customers, and regulatory bodies. **Regulatory Compliance** * Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations, CSN requirements, and applicable legislation. * Coordinate internal and external audits together with Quality. * Promote a culture of continuous improvement, quality, and compliance. **People Management** * Lead and develop teams across various production centers. * Design efficient, operationally adaptive organizational structures. * Drive talent development, training, succession planning, and retention initiatives. * Ensure adherence to Radiation Protection and Occupational Risk Prevention policies. **Efficiency and Continuous Improvement** * Define and monitor key production and performance indicators. * Lead cost-optimization, productivity-improvement, and capacity-expansion initiatives. * Advance digitalization, automation, and operational innovation programs. **Requirements** ---------------- * University degree. Health Sciences background preferred. MBA is a plus. * Minimum of 7 years’ demonstrable experience leading and managing remote teams. Experience within the pharmaceutical industry or healthcare environment is preferred. * Demonstrable experience in customer management, with a service-oriented mindset and focus on customer satisfaction.
