We distribute white Portland cement produced at our plant in Tunisia and contribute to the production of calcium aluminate cement under the Electroland and Aluminite brands. The **Quality Technician** ensures the correct operation of laboratory technical equipment and human resources to enhance the reliability of generated test results. **WHAT WILL YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES BE?** Among other responsibilities, the following are highlighted: * Validate verifications and calibrations of laboratory equipment and associated test results. * Evaluate and develop new analytical methods and/or laboratory equipment. * Work on continuous improvement of laboratory procedures and equipment. * Collaborate with the Customer Technical Support Manager in defining and performing tests to support customers. * Define calibration types and frequencies. * Coordinate product innovation tests requested by customers. * Support management to ensure compliance with safety regulations. * Contact and supervise external projects involving analysis of certain materials. * Participate in supplier selection together with the Procurement Department. * Draft chemical analysis procedures, physical testing protocols, calibration instructions, and control plans. * Collaborate in resolving non-conformities and implementing corrective or preventive actions within the systems. * Conduct internal audits assigned according to the annual audit plan. **WHAT DO WE OFFER?** * An excellent opportunity for professional development within a company that is a leader in the construction sector and upholds strong ethical values. * A highly supportive working environment, camaraderie, and teamwork. * Ongoing company-provided training. * Compensation commensurate with experience, knowledge, and values contributed. * Subsidized cafeteria, Wellbeing Program (online Yoga/Pilates/HIIT classes, mental health support), Pension Plan, School Assistance, Flexible Working Hours, Flexible Compensation, Life and Accident Insurance, Supplementary Life Insurance, Hybrid Work Schedule.
