At Paradigma, we value both experience and attitude: we seek individuals with knowledge across several key areas—and, above all—with eagerness to learn, collaborate, and grow. #### **What are we looking for?** A Prompt Engineer with experience in designing, optimizing, and evaluating instructions for large language models, capable of translating business needs into precise and robust AI interactions; acting as a bridge between product, data, and development teams, ensuring that LLM-based systems behave reliably, consistently, and aligned with project objectives. #### **Key Competencies** ✔ Prompting strategy: prompts, instruction design, chain-of-thought reasoning ✔ Definition and execution of quality evaluation cycles on model outputs ✔ Selection of the most suitable model together with the AI Architect and AI Engineer ✔ Dataset maintenance ✔ Mitigation of model behavior risks ✔ Production-ready prompting design: agents, extraction pipelines, classification, and content generation. ✔ Framework construction: metric design, LLM usage, RAGAS or similar tools ✔ Understanding of attack vectors and defensive prompt design in enterprise environments #### **Why Paradigma?** ✅ **Freedom with responsibility** We trust people to organize their work flexibly, promoting balance between personal and professional life—without losing sight of goals and the impact of our work.
