We do not need another boss—we need someone who solves problems. **Your Responsibilities** * Oversee daily office operations * Manage suppliers, supplies, and maintenance * Coordinate team schedules, meetings, and travel * Supervise administrative staff (reception, assistants) * Ensure compliance with internal policies and local regulations * Prepare management reports for senior leadership * Manage office budgets and expense control * Support the organization of internal events and client meetings **What We Are Looking For** **Requirements:** * 4+ years of experience in administration, office management, or team management * Degree in Administration, Business, or related field * Experience supervising staff or processes * Proficiency in **Microsoft Office** and **Google Workspace** * Strong organizational and problem-solving skills * Professional communication skills in Spanish and English * Work authorization in Spain Salary: €30,000.00–€44,000.00 per year Work Location: Periodic travel
