Main Responsibilities * Support comprehensive technical maintenance tasks to ensure proper functioning and habitability of housing units included in the program. * Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance management of housing units through planning, physical inspections, organizing corrective actions, and reporting. * Assist in managing invoices, housing- and property-related documentation, expense justifications, insurance policies, and other related records. * Support preparation of periodic reports on the condition of housing units. * Support procurement and material resource management (e.g., requesting quotations, ordering materials, and monitoring stock levels required for operations), including support for documentary and financial administration. * Assist in administrative management by registering repairs and incidents, monitoring utility consumption, and archiving contracts, insurance policies, and technical certificates. * Assist in owner-related management, including coordination of incidents, rents, and payments. * Support monitoring and coordination with the Municipal Housing and Land Agency’s maintenance service. * Assist in managing external agents and service providers, coordinating repairs, insurance claims, and supplies with companies, insurers, suppliers, property owners, and neighborhood associations—including supervision of work performed. * Support direct response to urgent maintenance issues and management of serious incidents.
