We are currently seeking **an Intern** for the **Training Department** at our office in **Madrid**, to support the development of the company’s internal training strategy. **Responsibilities:** * Support the Training Manager in organizing and managing training programs (scheduling sessions, document management, logistical coordination, etc.). * Support new HR initiatives originating locally or internationally. * Perform administrative tasks related to training management and its corresponding FUNDAE subsidy, as well as reporting to various departments. **Minimum Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or related fields. * Prior experience in an HR department is desirable (preferably in Training or Development). * Demonstrable digital competence and intermediate Office skills (primarily Excel and PowerPoint). * English proficiency level (B2\) **Required Competencies for this Position:** * Organization. * Attention to detail. * Communication and presentation skills. **Committed to Inclusion** At ENGIE, we value and promote diversity and inclusion.
