Description
We are seeking a Labor Affairs Manager to **join the Group's HR team**, leading a strategic project for the **internalization of payroll and labor relations management**, currently distributed across several external consulting firms. The selected candidate will **report directly to the Group's HR Director**, design and execute the transition plan toward centralized internal management, and be responsible for **harmonizing labor policies across the Group's various subsidiaries**, including processes arising from company integrations and acquisitions.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Be part of the Group's HR team, reporting to the HR Director.
* Lead the internalization of the full payroll cycle (multi\-company, multi\-collective agreement), migrating processes currently outsourced to multiple payroll/consulting firms.
* Design the internal labor management model: processes, tools (payroll software), policies, and internal SLAs.
* **Payroll system configuration** adapted to the Group's multi\-subsidiary structure (collective agreements, job categories, remuneration concepts, working calendars).
* **Labor data analysis and utilization**: build dashboards and KPIs (personnel costs, absenteeism, turnover, salary structure) to support decision-making.
* **Corporate\-level labor strategy design**: anticipate regulatory risks, plan the evolution of labor policies, and advise Management on labor\-impact decisions.
* Manage relationships with the Labor Inspectorate, SEPE (Spanish Public Employment Service), Social Security, and disciplinary procedures.
* Help harmonize labor policies, conditions, and procedures across the Group's various subsidiaries (applicable collective agreements, benefits, working hours, vacations, etc.).
* Provide labor support during company integration processes (M\&A): labor due diligence, employee transfers and business succession (Art. 44 of the Workers' Statute), and post\-integration condition standardization.
* Ensure regulatory compliance (Workers' Statute, General Social Security Law, applicable sectoral collective agreements — including those for Consulting and Information Technologies).
* Supervise and, where applicable, lead a labor/payroll team.
**Requirements**
* Degree in Labor Relations and HR, Law, or Business Administration. A Master's in Legal\-Labor Consulting is highly valued.
* Minimum 4\-6 years of experience in similar roles, **mandatory within multi\-subsidiary corporate groups** (not single\-entity companies).
* Proven and demonstrable experience in:
+ Internalizing payroll processes from external consulting firms.
+ **Payroll system configuration** in multi\-collective agreement environments.
+ **Labor analytics**: developing and interpreting HR KPIs for decision\-making.
+ **Designing and executing corporate\-level labor strategy**.
+ Company integrations/mergers from the labor perspective.
+ Harmonizing HR policies across different entities within a group.
* Expert knowledge of the Workers' Statute and the General Social Security Law.
* Proficiency with payroll software (A3nom, Sage, Meta4, SAP HR or similar) and data analytics tools.
* Problem\-solving profile with strategic vision and ability to build processes from scratch while managing multiple stakeholders.
* English proficiency is desirable.
**Offer**
* Join the Group's HR team with direct reporting to HR Management.
* Strategic project with direct impact on the Group's structure.
* Permanent contract.
* Hybrid work model in Madrid.
* Competitive compensation based on merit and experience.
