Communication with public agencies and handling of official notifications We are looking for a candidate to fill the position of labor administrative assistant in Vélez\-Málaga. Main responsibilities will include full-cycle contract management, processing hires, terminations, and modifications in accordance with current regulations. Tasks will also cover payroll processing and Social Security settlements, as well as monitoring labor incidents. The candidate will be responsible for recording and tracking working hours and organizing work calendars to ensure proper scheduling of shifts and vacations. Additionally, the candidate will handle communication with public agencies, reviewing electronic notifications and preparing required documentation for potential inspections. A permanent part-time employment contract is offered, totaling 27 hours per week, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 9:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., and on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. The monthly salary will be €1,000.
