Our core activities span three major areas: water—providing urban and industrial management solutions; waste—transforming waste into new resources; and energy—improving efficiency and reducing consumption and emissions in buildings, industries, and cities. **Job Description** We are looking for an experienced Hydraulic Projects Manager with a strong track record in the comprehensive development of hydraulic infrastructure projects (networks, pipelines, and treatment plants). In this strategic role, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of concurrent projects and serve as a key support to the regional delegation. What will be your main responsibilities? * End\-to\-End project management: Lead and coordinate projects from initial opportunity identification through to final project closure with the client. * Technical documentation and production: Actively participate in the drafting, design, and calculation of assigned hydraulic projects. * Project and cost control: Assume responsibility for milestone scheduling, budget monitoring, cost control, and deviation management. * Team coordination and leadership: Direct office- and field-based multidisciplinary teams (1–8 members), coordinating tasks and supporting their professional development. * Subcontractor management: Select, contract, and supervise subcontracted companies for fieldwork. * Client liaison and follow-up: Maintain direct communication with clients and conduct periodic site visits, including to municipal authorities or public agencies. **Requirements** **What are the requirements?** * Education: Degree in Civil Engineering (Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Civil Engineering – Roads, Canals and Ports); pre\-Bologna undergraduate degree or Bachelor\+Professional Master’s degree / MECES Level 3. * Experience: 10–15 years’ experience in project development and documentation, and 3–4 years leading teams and managing costs/subcontracts. * Technical expertise: Specialist in hydraulic construction (connections, pipelines, transport, supply networks, sanitation, pressure and gravity pipes) or extensive knowledge of water treatment plants (WTPs, WWTPs). **Additional Information** * Opportunity to join a leading multinational company in the sector. * Permanent employment contract. * Flexibility and remote work options. * Professional growth within the organization.
