Summary: We are seeking a Scrum Master to facilitate the Scrum framework, apply Agile principles, and address impediments within an Agile delivery environment. Highlights: 1. Promote a culture of engagement, ownership, and continuous improvement We are looking for a **Scrum Master** to provide services within an Agile delivery environment in Spain. The role is responsible for facilitating the Scrum framework, ensuring the correct application of Agile principles and practices, and addressing impediments that may impact team progress. The Scrum Master will operate in close coordination with Product Ownership and the development team, enabling effective communication, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the delivery lifecycle. **Key Responsibilities** The Scrum Master will be responsible for, but not limited to: * Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including: + Daily stand\-ups + Sprint planning + Retrospectives * Ensure alignment, focus, and progress tracking during team activities * Identify, manage, and follow up on impediments impacting delivery and productivity * Guide the team and stakeholders on Agile principles and Scrum practices * Collaborate with Product Ownership to support: + Product backlog management + Prioritization of backlog items * Support sprint planning and ensure clarity in scope definition * Foster collaboration and communication within the team and across stakeholders * Monitor adherence to Scrum practices and support process optimization * Lead retrospectives and ensure implementation and tracking of improvement actions * Contribute to delivery\-related discussions with a structured Agile perspective * Promote a culture of engagement, ownership, and continuous improvement **Service Deliverables** * Preparation and facilitation of all Scrum ceremonies * Identification, tracking, and resolution follow\-up of impediments * Structured support to product backlog management and prioritization * Sprint definition outputs and alignment on deliverables * Documentation and tracking of retrospective improvement actions * Monitoring and reporting on Scrum practices and process improvements **Required Expertise** * Strong understanding of Agile principles and the Scrum framework * Proven experience as a Scrum Master or in similar Agile roles * Demonstrated capability to facilitate Agile ceremonies and team dynamics * Strong problem\-solving skills to identify and remove impediments * Solid understanding of software development processes and methodologies * Experience supporting backlog management and sprint planning activities * Familiarity with Agile delivery environments and continuous improvement practices **5\. Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience * Experience working in Agile software delivery environments **Nice to have:** * Certifications such as: + Certified Scrum Master (CSM) + Professional Scrum Master (PSM)
