Focus on Spanish and Portuguese markets **Location:** Sant Just Desvern/ Hybrid **Department:** Operations **Contract Type:** Permanent * **Working Hours:** Full time We are looking for a dynamic and detail\-oriented **Inventory Planner \& Procurement Specialist** to join our Supply Chain team in Sant Just Desvern. This role is critical to ensuring the continuous availability of materials and finished goods across our distribution network. You will act as a key link between suppliers, central warehouses, and internal stakeholders, using SAP S/4HANA to drive data\-driven decisions and operational excellence, with a primary focus on Spanish and Portuguese markets. **What You’ll Be Doing** **Inventory Planning \& Forecasting** * Develop and maintain inventory and replenishment strategies * Execute demand forecasting and adjust procurement plans * Monitor KPIs such as service levels, inventory turnover, and stock coverage * Perform inventory analysis (ABC/XYZ, slow\-moving and obsolete stock management) * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to align supply and demand **Procurement \& Purchasing** * Create and manage purchase orders ensuring accuracy and timely delivery * Manage end\-to\-end procure\-to\-pay processes in SAP * Maintain supplier data, lead times, and order parameters * Communicate with suppliers regarding deliveries and potential issues * Identify and mitigate supply risks **Warehouse Replenishment** * Plan and execute replenishment from suppliers and internal sources * Run and analyze MRP outputs in SAP * Coordinate inbound logistics with warehouse and transport teams * Optimize parameters such as safety stock and reorder points **Systems \& Reporting** * Act as a key user of SAP S/4HANA (MM, MRP, WM) * Analyze data and generate reports for stakeholders * Support improvements in planning processes and master data quality **What you need to be sucessful:** **Education** * Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or similar title **Languages** * Spanish (native) * English (fluent, mandatory) * Portuguese is a plus. **Industry \& Functional Experience** * **3\+ years of experience** in Supply Chain, Operations, planning, or procurement * Experience in **Medical Devices, Healthcare, or Pharma** is a strong plus. * Proven experience working with **SAP ERP/SAP HANA.** **Skills \& Competencies** * Strong organizational and project management skills. * High customer orientation and attention to detail. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Comfortable working in a team\-oriented environment. **What's in it for you?** * Flexible Compensation Plan in public transports, restaurants, kindergarden, medical insurance for family, etc * Flexible working hours and hybrid work model * Subsidized gym membership * Health \& dental insurance * Referral program bonus – When you introduce us with people as talented as you * Baby friendly company * Excellent, dynamic, and multicultural environment *At Sysmex we are focused on cultivating a diverse and inclusive work environment that encourages collaboration, creativity, and innovation.
