**What are we looking for?**
An **International Programs Officer** to ensure the effective development and management of the project portfolio in the countries under their responsibility, in line with donor guidelines throughout the entire project cycle, and acting as the main point of contact in Spain for the country offices under their supervision.
**At least 2 years of experience** in project formulation, management, and monitoring from headquarters (field experience is an asset).
Experience with projects and programs funded by ECHO and AECID.
**How do we search?**
Screening based on years of experience in similar positions, required university and postgraduate qualifications, and advanced proficiency in Spanish and English (French is an asset).
Written test to assess technical knowledge relevant to the position.
Interview with the People and Organizational Development (HR) focal person.
Interview with the position supervisor (Awards Manager).
