Achieve and/or exceed monthly sales targets **SUMMARY OF ROLE HERE (REMOVE THIS INSTRUCTION)** **What you’ll do** * Entry\-level sales role selling Equifax products/services over the telephone by making outbound telephone calls to new and existing customers. Monitor loyalty and maintenance of current customer portfolio and segmented customer contact. * Convert sales leads to opportunities, conduct white space analysis and maintain account reviews on a quarterly basis. * Consistently achieve and/or exceed monthly sales targets by upselling/cross selling to current customers and proactively prospecting new customers. * Proactively manage a portfolio of customer accounts across multiple locations and industries and establish a segmented call plan to manage customer contact, based on their annual or projected annual spend. * Constantly monitor customer transactions and product usage, identifying possible opportunities and threats to the Equifax customer relationship. * Promote further services of Equifax that existing customers may not be aware of to continually maximize the potential of the customer’s and Equifax’s business. * Maintenance of Equifax’s customer data by entering all relevant information into Salesforce on all sales activity across new and existing customers. **What experience you need** * Bachelor's degree and/or less than 2 years of applicable experience, including demonstrated experience: Successfully identifying potential leads through thorough prospect research. Qualifying leads effectively, ensuring alignment with sales objectives. Maintaining accurate customer relationship management (CRM) system data, contributing to effective tracking and management. Utilizing sales scripts to guide conversations and ensure consistent messaging. Building targeted contact lists by leveraging tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other databases. Responding to client questions and issues in a timely manner. Articulating value proposition with a high level of knowledge of customer's industry. Managing the account management process efficiently. Participating in Customer/Quarterly Business Review activities. Executing renewals to maintain existing client relationships, if applicable. Ensuring solutions meet customer needs. Managing a high volume and activity of work effectively. Reviewing customer satisfaction survey questions.
