**Senior React Native Engineer** This role is an opportunity to define hybrid mobile strategy within a large\-scale, native mobile ecosystem. The organisation is exploring how to deliver features more efficiently by combining native (Swift/Kotlin) applications with React Native and WebView\-based journeys. We’re seeking a **Senior React Native Engineer** who can bridge native and hybrid technologies, run feasibility spikes, and provide guidance on where hybrid delivery is viable and where native implementation remains essential. **The Impact You’ll Make** * Lead technical investigations into the adoption of React Native for selected mobile journeys. * Define integration strategies between React Native components and existing Swift and Kotlin codebases. * Quickly identify feasibility constraints and provide clear recommendations on hybrid vs. native choices. * Build proof\-of\-concept implementations to validate performance, reliability, and integration patterns. * Partner with iOS and Android technical architects to create aligned cross\-platform delivery plans. * Provide guidance on dependency management, packaging, and bridging techniques for hybrid components. * Support experimentation with WebViews for configuration\-driven or dynamic features. * Mentor engineers as hybrid techniques are introduced into the organisation. **Technology Stack \& Requirements** * Strong professional experience with **React Native**, including integration with native modules. * Proficiency in **JavaScript / TypeScript**. * Working knowledge of **Swift** and **Kotlin** to support integration within existing native architectures. * Experience delivering hybrid mobile features in environments with large native applications. * Understanding of cross\-platform performance considerations, constraints, and architectural patterns. **Bonus Points** * Experience scaling hybrid solutions across large engineering organisations. * Deep familiarity with native module bridging for both iOS and Android. * Experience with WebView\-based solutions in mobile contexts. * Exposure to complex enterprise mobile environments with multi\-team ownership. **What You’ll Bring to Us** * Ability to evaluate feasibility rapidly and articulate architectural trade\-offs. * Practical experience guiding teams through hybrid adoption. * Strong cross\-platform communication skills. * Balanced, pragmatic thinking combining stability, performance, and delivery considerations. * Curiosity and a methodical, experimental approach to new technology adoption. **Location**: * Based Spain: Remote first, with flexibility. **Some of the benefits you’ll enjoy working with us:** * The chance to join an organization with triple\-digit growth that is changing the paradigm on how software products are built. * The opportunity to form part of an amazing, multicultural community of tech experts. * A highly competitive compensation package. * Medical insurance.
