**Schneider Digital** is the digital department of Schneider Electric, leading the digital transformation in the company by giving support globally to our internal teams and our clients. Schneider Digital consists of 6 Digital Hubs worldwide which are strategically located to ensure a 24/7 support across the company (France, China, India, USA, Mexico and Spain). Our Digital Hub in Barcelona is formed by \+450 employees working in strategic projects and different roles such as Data, Cybersecurity, ERP, Cloud, Infrastructures, IT Project Management or Digital Marketing.
Schneider Electric is seeking a highly skilled **Senior Service Leader** to oversee and continuously improve the delivery of global Security Services covering Endpoint Security, Network Security, and Cloud Security.
The Senior Service Leader will **not directly manage people** but will act as the **Service Manager / Service Owner**, responsible for the *performance, quality, reporting, governance, and continuous improvement* of the services delivered by the Security Operators team for a target population within Schneider Electric: R\&D.
The security services cover topics such as **Antimalware, EDR, encryption, local admin privilege management, firewall rules, VPN issues, proxy exceptions**, and various cloud security‑related domains.
The role requires strong **service management skills**, excellent **communication**, a **proactive mindset**, and strong proficiency in **dashboards, KPIs, and SLA reporting**.
**What will you do?**
**Missions:**
* Ensure the delivery of high‑quality, customer‑focused security services, acting as the primary Service Manager.
* Drive the development and implementation of best practices across security operations.
* Collaborate with stakeholders globally to understand needs and ensure service alignment.
* Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service reliability, quality, and efficiency together with the Security Operations leaders.
* Communicate clearly, proactively, and transparently with technical and non‑technical audiences.
**Responsibilities:**
* Serve as the Service Manager / Service Owner for Endpoint, Network, and Cloud Security services.
* Govern and monitor the service delivered by the Security Operators team (without direct people management).
* Develop, maintain, and deliver dashboards, KPIs, and SLA reports to leadership and stakeholders.
* Ensure operational excellence, service compliance, and adherence to defined processes.
* Identify risks, recurring issues, and improvement opportunities using a proactive, data‑driven approach.
* Coordinate service reviews, track action plans, and ensure follow‑through on improvements.
* Maintain and enhance standard operating procedures, runbooks, and service documentation.
* Partner with cross‑functional teams (SOC, Engineering, Cloud, Infrastructure) to drive service enhancements.
* Provide expert guidance on complex security topics and support the Operators team in resolving escalations.
* Ensure consistent and effective communication across teams and stakeholders.

### **Education \& Experience**
* Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
* Minimum 7\+ years of experience in IT Operations, Cybersecurity, Service Management, Infrastructure Security, or a related domain.
* Proven experience managing or owning enterprise\-level security services in a global organization.
* Experience working with cross\-functional and geographically distributed teams.
* Experience supporting large\-scale environments with Endpoint Security, Network Security, and/or Cloud Security services.
* Ability to define, monitor, and improve Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Operational Level Agreements (OLAs), and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
* Experience conducting service reviews and driving service maturity initiatives.
* Ability to lead through influence without direct people management responsibility.
* Strong stakeholder management skills with experience engaging senior leaders, technical teams, and business partners.
* Ability to challenge existing practices and drive improvements in a constructive manner.
* Excellent written, verbal, and presentation **skills in English**
* Ability to communicate complex technical topics to both technical and non\-technical audiences
