This person will play a key role in developing and managing our organization’s human capital. Key responsibilities include: * Developing and implementing talent management strategies. * Managing recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes for new employees. * Coordinating training and professional development programs. * Maintaining effective labor relations and ensuring compliance with labor regulations. * Promoting staff well-being and motivation through initiatives and programs. * Conducting performance evaluations and managing career paths. * Advising senior management on personnel-related matters and corporate culture. We are seeking a candidate who meets the following requirements: * Minimum 10 years’ experience in the same position, within an international company employing approximately 600 people. * Advanced English proficiency for professional communication. * Portuguese at intermediate\-advanced level is desirable. * Strong communication skills, relationship management, leadership, and teamwork abilities. * Solid knowledge of people and labor management.
