Would you like to work in a multidisciplinary environment at a leading multinational in transportation?**We’re expanding our team at DHL Freight Spain!** DHL Freight Spain is looking for an HR Business Partner (HRBP) specialist for our Head Office in Coslada (Madrid), to support the development and administration of export-related plans and processes, including preparing and obtaining approvals for documentation through relevant authorities, and guiding and advising clients on import operations and regulations aligned with business strategy and objectives, as well as corporate guidelines and policies.**What Are We Looking For?*** Relevant Bachelor’s/Diploma degree (Essential) * Master’s, Postgraduate or similar Advanced Program (Desirable) * Training across multiple HR domains (Essential) * Compliance training (Desirable) * Minimum 2 years’ experience in the sector (Desirable) * At least 3 years’ experience in HR management (Essential) * Proven experience in Payroll and Comp\&Benefits (Essential) * Advanced office software skills and proficiency in enterprise HR management systems (Essential) * Spanish (Essential) * Intermediate\-Advanced English level (B2\+/C1\) (Essential) * Portuguese/Other languages (Desirable) **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Manage personnel files, contracts, leave requests, vacations, and other variables or any other personnel-related information for payroll processing. * Verify and monitor the payroll process, supervising coordination with external payroll service providers. * Collaborate with each manager to develop and define job descriptions for various positions within the company, applying diverse methodologies. * Conduct recruitment and selection of personnel to onboard professionals with different profiles into the organization. * Coordinate and manage On\-boarding with managers to facilitate new employees’ integration, and Off\-boarding for departing employees. * Collaborate with managers to diagnose training needs. * Prepare training plans for approval, implementation, coordination, and follow-up. Submit communications to Fundae in collaboration with an external provider. * Contact and manage training providers to deliver training courses. * Coordinate internal trainers to deliver training courses to employees. * Actively participate as a Facilitator in the company’s internal training programs. * Record all training activities conducted within the company. * Address, track, and respond to employee inquiries regarding HR matters and their relationship with the company. * Support the HR Director in achieving departmental objectives. * Collaborate in managing the Corporate Employee Satisfaction Survey process. * Collaborate and participate, to the extent of their responsibilities, in Group DPDHL corporate processes and projects. * Actively contribute to fostering a positive work environment, proposing engagement practices and professional development opportunities. * Prepare HR reports and files for submission to HR Management, Finance, and other departments. * Identify, propose, and manage HR-related subsidies and grants. * Participate in internal, external, and/or corporate audits. * Manage HR-related invoices and place orders with HR suppliers. **We Offer:*** Permanent contract * Health insurance (50% subsidized by the company for employees and family members) * Company-wide benefits program offering discounts for employees * Flexible compensation plan (transportation, childcare, training) * DHL discount club * Fresh fruit in the office **Don’t hesitate—this is your opportunity!**
