The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, supervising, and monitoring services delivered by the team of assistants, ensuring high-quality care for users. **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordination of the SAD assistant team. * Preparation of work schedules and service planning. * Monitoring of incidents and conflict resolution. * Communication with users, family members, and public entities. * Service quality control and continuous improvement. * Basic administrative management related to the service. **Requirements:** * University degree in Social Work. * Prior experience in coordinating assistance services (desirable). * Proficiency in office software tools. * Ability to work collaboratively and strong communication skills. **Offered:** * Part-time **temporary** contract. * Stable working hours. * Opportunity to join a team committed to people’s well-being. * Salary according to collective agreement.
