Job Summary: Winning Consulting is seeking a Governance Lead to implement and operate the data governance framework, coordinate Data Stewards, and monitor data governance and maturity KPIs. Coordinate and support Data Stewards Winning Consulting is currently recruiting a **Governance Lead** to join a project for one of our leading clients in residential property management in Spain. Hybrid working model. **Responsibilities:** * Implement the data governance framework and drive its adoption across the organization. * Define, deploy, and operate data governance processes. * Coordinate and support Data Stewards. * Define and monitor KPIs related to governance and maturity. **Requirements:** * 6 years of experience in data governance and metadata management. * Solid knowledge of DAMA, DCAM, or other data governance frameworks. * Alignment with corporate policies, standards, and frameworks. * Experience with data catalog and data governance tools. **Salary:** €45,000 – €52,000 gross per annum + social benefits. ### **About Winning Consulting** At **Winning Consulting**, we provide consulting, training, recruitment, and research services.
