A residential care facility in Argentona is seeking 2 geriatric care assistants for indefinite, full-time employment. Work schedule follows a short-week pattern (Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays) and a long-week pattern (Mondays, Wednesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays), from 8:00 to 20:00. Gross monthly salary is €1,450, paid in 14 installments. A CP in Sociosanitary Care for Dependent Persons, equivalent competency certification, or an Advanced Vocational Training Certificate (CFGM) in Nursing Auxiliary Care is mandatory. No prior experience is required. \- Personal care: Assisting with activities of daily living (hygiene, dressing, mobility, and feeding). \- Sociosanitary support: Administering medication under medical supervision, taking vital signs, and preventing pressure ulcers. \- Emotional well-being: Providing companionship, psychological support, and facilitating cognitive stimulation and physical activity. * Experience: 1 month.
