Description

The position involves performing essential tasks within the fruit production line. Main responsibilities focus on selecting and preparing products for subsequent distribution and marketing, ensuring quality and established standards. The work environment is a warehouse or processing plant where hygiene and order are top priorities to maintain both product quality and occupational safety conditions. Hired personnel will become part of a dynamic team aiming to optimize the production chain, adapting to work rhythms and seasonal variations inherent to the agricultural sector. Work will be conducted under supervision and in accordance with specific protocols for handling, sorting, and packaging various types of fruit, ensuring each piece meets the company's and market's requirements regarding size, ripeness, and appearance. Comprehensive initial training is provided so that anyone, even without prior experience, can join and competently perform the assigned duties. This training is designed to familiarize workers with the machinery, tools, and safety procedures necessary to carry out the job efficiently and safely. This role directly contributes to delivering the final product to consumers in optimal condition. The contract is monthly and renewable, with a high likelihood of continuity until the end of the campaign, subject to performance. Working hours follow rotating shifts: morning shift from 06:00 to 14:30 and afternoon shift from 14:30 to 23:00, with possible extension depending on production needs. The salary is €10.00 gross per hour. No prior experience in the sector is required. Immediate availability to work rotating shifts—including morning and afternoon schedules—is mandatory. A proactive attitude, attention to detail, and adaptability to a dynamic production environment are valued.
