




Position Summary: This physiotherapist role involves individual and group user care, gym management, progress monitoring, and administrative and training responsibilities. Key Highlights: 1. Staff training functions and family support **RESPONSIBILITIES AND FUNCTIONS:** * User Care o Initial user assessment o Interview with the user regarding lifestyle, medical history, personal goals, etc. Evaluation using various tests. Setting objectives and activities. o Postural control for users and staff o Posture correction, instructions, and advice. o Conducting group physiotherapy sessions o Conducting individual physiotherapy sessions o Management and supervision of the center’s gym area o Semiannual PAI follow-up. Evaluation using various tests: Daniels, Tinetti, joint range of motion, VAS, posture, etc. Setting objectives and activities based on results o User assessment following a fall at the center or at home. Interrogation and evaluation using various tests: Daniels, Tinetti, joint range of motion, VAS, posture, etc. o Preparing a list of scheduled walks. Identifying/recommending users requiring increased mobility. o Providing recommendations to users: exercises and postural control to be performed at home. * Administrative o Planning alternative activities during periods of absence (e.g., vacations, leave) that can be carried out by other technical staff and assistants. o Daily registration in SAPI of group sessions, individual physiotherapy, and follow-ups when necessary. * Other Functions o Staff training at the center. Development of training content, delivery, and final examination. o Guiding proper transfer techniques. Informing, advising, and training staff to identify users requiring support, accompaniment, or supervision during transfers, ensuring correct execution to prevent falls at the center. o Special days. o Collaborating in organizing and running special days/festivities. o Family support. Telephone calls to the designated contact person, communications via WhatsApp, or in-person meetings. o Sharing information from the physiotherapy department with the rest of the team. Interdisciplinary meetings, reviewing daily follow-up reports. Work Location: On-site employment
