Job Summary: Lead the Group's accounting, tax, and consolidation cycle, coordinate audits and business plans, and provide strategic analytical information. Key Highlights: 1. Key role in Corporate Finance and coordination of audits. 2. Leadership in the Group's monthly financial closing process. 3. Preparation and monitoring of business plans and tax compliance. Lead the Group's accounting, tax, and consolidation cycle, acting as the primary coordinator of the audit process and assuming a key role in Corporate Finance as the owner responsible for preparing and monitoring business plans. You will lead your team to ensure maximum financial rigor and deliver strategic analytical information to guide business decisions. **What responsibilities and tasks will you handle?** * Leadership of the monthly financial closing process across the Group's various companies. * Preparation of monthly, semi-annual, and annual closings for the consolidated Group. * Preparation of actual and forecast cash flow based on budgets and business plans. * Monthly preparation and monitoring of business plans. * Monitoring of covenant compliance. * Coordination of the annual audit process for the Group's individual companies and the consolidated Group. * Coordination of the semi-annual audit process for the consolidated Group. * Preparation of annual standalone financial statements for the Group's various companies. * Preparation of annual consolidated financial statements for the consolidated Group. * Calculation and filing of annual corporate income tax. * Oversight of tax compliance obligations for the Group's various companies. * Support to the management control department in financial information analysis. * Other duties inherent to the role. **Minimum Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Economics, Accounting and Finance, or related field. * Minimum 3 years in a similar position or equivalent experience in a senior/manager audit role (Big4 experience is valued). * Economist specialized in international accounting standards, with experience in treasury management and taxation. * Strong knowledge of IFRS, Spanish GAAP (PGC), and taxation. * Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in other office tools. * Knowledge of Dynamics 365 and SAP R4 is desirable. **Desired Competencies** * Teamwork. * Responsibility and commitment. * Analytical ability. * Rigor and attention to detail. * Proactivity. * Strong communication skills. * Organizational skills. * Decision-making and judgment. * Ability to manage small teams. * Delegation ability. **What We Offer** * Indefinite-term contract. * Compensation composed of fixed and variable components. * Office hours with flexibility in start and end times. * Hybrid work model (2 days remote, 3 days in office). * Flexible Compensation Plan with Cobee.
