Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Electronic Engineer to undergo internal training in CAM postprocessor development, connecting CAM software with machine tools in industrial environments. We are currently looking for a Junior Electronic Engineer with an interest in programming, industrial technology, and the manufacturing environment, to receive internal training in CAM postprocessor development. Prior experience in postprocessors, CAM, or CNC is not required. The idea is for you to join our technical team and receive progressive training to learn how to develop, configure, test, and support solutions tailored to the needs of our industrial customers. Your work will be closely tied to programming, the operational logic of industrial machines, interpretation of technical requirements, and creation of solutions enabling integration between CAM software and machine tools. Your responsibilities will progressively include: * Learning how CAM postprocessors work and their application in industrial environments. * Participating in the development and configuration of customized postprocessors using Siemens NX CAM software. * Collaborating on adapting CAM-generated code to ensure compatibility with various machine tools. * Providing support during testing, validation, and technical verification. * Identifying, analyzing, and correcting errors in developed solutions. * Preparing and maintaining technical documentation. * Collaborating with the CAM/CAD team and other technical profiles. * Providing initial technical support to customers. * Occasionally participating in on-site customer visits for testing or validation. MAIN REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related field. * Interest in programming and industrial environments. * Programming knowledge in at least one of the following languages: C, C\+\+, C\#, Python, Java, scripting, or similar. * Analytical ability and problem-solving orientation. * Enthusiasm for learning a technically specialized field with strong career prospects. * Strong communication and teamwork skills. * English proficiency at B2 level or equivalent. * Willingness to travel occasionally to customer sites. * Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle. ADDITIONAL ASSETS (POSITIVE FACTORS): * Knowledge of or interest in CAM, CNC, industrial automation, or machine tools. * Familiarity with Siemens NX CAM or other CAM systems. * Basic knowledge of CNC controls such as Fanuc, Sinumerik, TNC, or others. * Prior experience in programming, technical support, industrial software, or technology projects. * Academic or personal projects related to programming, electronics, automation, or manufacturing.
