Main responsibilities include carrying out both preventive and corrective maintenance on general machinery and production lines. Advanced knowledge of automation systems is not required. During the agricultural campaign—from December to June or July—rotating morning and afternoon shifts will be scheduled. Outside this period, working hours will primarily be in the mornings, though flexibility is required to address incidents and perform maintenance tasks, which may include some Saturdays. Attitude, responsibility, and motivation to learn are highly valued, making this an excellent opportunity for candidates with or without prior experience in industrial maintenance, and with training in fields such as electromechanics, electricity, mechanics, or welding.
