Collaborate closely with technical and security professionals Overview: Senior DevOps (Cyber Defense)**About the Project/Client** You will join a cybersecurity project, operating in highly critical environments where reliability, security, and scalability are paramount. You will be part of a specialized team, working closely with technical and security professionals to design and implement robust and advanced solutions. The position is located in **León**, with a **hybrid work model (60% remote work)**, within a collaborative environment focused on technological excellence.**Responsibilities (What You’ll Do)*** Design, deploy, and maintain container-based infrastructures (Docker, Kubernetes). * Build and evolve CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient and secure continuous delivery. * Configure and optimize orchestration platforms and DevOps tools. * Collaborate with security teams to ensure compliance with standards and best practices. * Monitor and enhance system observability using dedicated tools. * Contribute to continuous architecture improvement, ensuring high availability and resilience. * Automate processes using scripting and DevOps tools. **Requirements (What Will Make You Succeed)*** Solid experience (minimum 4\-6 years) working with Kubernetes and Docker. * Experience managing Helm (4\-5 years). * Practical experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, or similar. * Knowledge of designing and maintaining scalable infrastructures. * Advanced level of English (spoken and written). * Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related field. * Analytical, proactive profile with strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in teams. **Desirable*** Knowledge of tools such as Keycloak or Apisix. * Experience with observability platforms (ELK Stack, Grafana, Prometheus). * Knowledge of SQL and database modeling. * Experience with technologies such as OpenStack or Harbor. * Experience working in environments with high security requirements. **What We Offer (Benefits)** * Salary range: €35,000 – €42,000 gross per year * Location: **León**, with a **hybrid work model (60% remote work)** * Versatile Growth: Learn new languages and earn technical certifications through our Expleo Academy. * Time for You: Enjoy 24 vacation days per year, plus December 24th and 31st. * Outstanding Environment: A place where peer support is the norm and competitiveness has no place. ‍* ️ Connection and Well-being: At Expleo, laughter is never in short supply, and fun is guaranteed.
