The position reports directly to the **CRO** and the **Marketing Lead**. **RESPONSIBILITIES.** **What will you do daily?** * Lead the demand generation strategy — from lead acquisition to conversion into opportunities. * Design and execute lead generation campaigns across paid channels and outbound initiatives. * Execute B2B initiatives, tailoring messaging and funnels to context. * Collaborate closely with sales to ensure pipeline quality and business focus. * Coordinate and support SDR profiles, defining priorities, messaging, and commercial focus. * Analyze results and make data-driven decisions: leads, MQLs, opportunities, and conversion rates. * Test new ideas, iterate quickly, and scale what works in a high-growth environment. * Coordinate with other team members (content, product, communications). * Lead initiatives and help structure and improve demand generation processes. **REQUIREMENTS.** * More than **3 years of hands-on experience** in demand generation. * Solid experience in **B2B lead generation**. * Experience working in **fast-growing technology companies** (startups, scaleups, or similar environments). * Experience with paid campaigns, outbound strategies, and managing MQLs and opportunities. * Analytical mindset, comfortable working with metrics and data. * Ability to think differently, propose solutions, and solve problems. * Proactive, self-motivated individual who listens well and collaborates effectively. * Leadership capacity, fast learning ability, and willingness to take ownership. * **Advanced English (B2-C1)**.
