We are currently recruiting a Customer Service Assistant for a company specializing in local, national, and international courier services, moving services, and mailing and fulfillment services. Main responsibilities: \- Telephone support and email management. \- Order processing and service tracking. \- Incident resolution and follow-up. \- In-office customer service. \- Use of IT tools and internal company software. \- General administrative support. ### **Requirements** Prior experience in courier or logistics companies. English proficiency for basic/professional communication. Proficiency in office software and ease of use with IT tools. Organized, solution-oriented, and adaptable individual. Capacity for learning and teamwork. Availability to work rotating shifts. ### **Offered** Monday to Friday, weekly rotating shifts: Morning shift: 08:00–17:00; Afternoon shift: 11:00–20:00 Initial 3-month contract through an ETT \+ transition to permanent staff. Job stability. Salary: 11.18 €/hour gross
