The Iluro Foundation, a Mataró-based entity established in 2013 with the mission of promoting and disseminating culture, social initiatives, and sports, seeks a person to lead Iluro Cultura — an area integrating the management of Casa Coll i Regàs, Ateneu Centre Cultural, and the Art Collection. The role’s mission is to lead and coordinate the Foundation’s cultural initiatives in alignment with its Strategic Plan 2026\-2030\. The selected candidate will conceive, develop, and implement projects that foster interaction and mutual understanding among diverse social groups through art and culture, managing available resources to ensure project sustainability and contribute to community enrichment. The appointment coincides with two milestone initiatives: the rollout of the new Strategic Plan and the 130th anniversary of Casa Coll i Regàs, including the launch of its immersive experience. The selection process is managed by Indeed Social Consulting on behalf of the Iluro Foundation. \- Define and advance the Foundation’s cultural policy, aligned with the Strategic Plan 2026\-2030 and the Board of Trustees’ priorities, serving as the cultural reference point for the Board, staff, and local stakeholders. \- Coordinate and supervise the area’s cultural projects — including exhibitions, performing arts, and music — from conception through implementation, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budgets. \- Develop and oversee cultural and social event plans, coordinating artists, collaborators, and internal teams. \- Prepare and manage budgets for cultural projects. \- Lead and grow the area’s team (production and exhibition support), as well as relationships with external collaborators. \- Establish and maintain relationships with cultural organizations, institutions, and local administrations (Mataró\-Maresme), negotiating collaboration agreements and sponsorships. \- Facilitate equitable collaborations among artists, institutions, and other partners. \- Develop participatory and educational programs that encourage active public engagement in cultural creation. \- Define and implement communication strategies for the cultural program and manage relations with media and audiences. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in planning and executing cultural events * Bachelor’s degree in Humanities * Postgraduate degree in Cultural Management, Cultural Mediation, or a related field * Catalan (spoken Advanced, written Advanced) * Spanish (spoken Advanced, written Advanced) * English (spoken Intermediate, written Intermediate) * Competencies / knowledge: \- Strategic vision and ability to apply critical thinking to cultural matters \- Team leadership and delegation capacity \- Mediation and conflict resolution skills \- Strong communication and interpersonal skills \- Ability to manage budgets and resources \- Deep interest in and understanding of cultural diversity * Vehicle availability: motorcycle, car * Willingness to travel * Driver’s license: B * Indefinite-term employment contract * Full-time position * Gross monthly salary ranging from '2800' to '3100' * Additional relevant information: \- Indefinite-term contract. \- Full-time (40 h/week). Location: Mataró \- Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.; Friday, 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Coverage of cultural events in evenings or weekends, compensated the following week \- Hybrid work arrangement: up to 20% remote work (1 day/week) \- Salary: 34\.000\-37\.000 gross euros/year (range based on demonstrated experience) \- Desired start date: July 2026; formal position coverage commencing September 2026
