**Employment Project Coordinator \| Team Leadership and Labor Insertion**

At Yohumanize, we are seeking a professional with experience in employment projects who is eager to take on a coordination challenge—leading a technical team and ensuring the success of a labor insertion project.
We are not only looking for someone who coordinates people, but for someone capable of managing a project from start to finish—making decisions, prioritizing tasks, supporting the team, and ensuring objectives translate into tangible results. **What will you do?**
* Coordinate project implementation and the technical team.
* Supervise vocational guidance and labor insertion pathways.
* Ensure achievement of objectives, indicators, and deadlines.
* Maintain coordination with companies, entities, and public administrations.
* Conduct technical monitoring of the project and propose improvements.

* Experience coordinating employment, vocational guidance, or socio-labor insertion projects.
* Knowledge of designing and monitoring individualized labor insertion pathways.
* Proficiency in POL, SILCOI, and employment program management tools.
* Ability to organize teams, plan, prioritize, and make decisions.
* Skills to collaborate effectively with companies and promote labor intermediation.
* Initiative, autonomy, and results orientation.

* Experience in programs funded by public administrations.
* Knowledge of the labor market and active employment policies.
* Digital competencies and use of AI tools applied to vocational guidance.
**Conditions**

* Stable project with potential for continuity.
* Full-time schedule (40 hours per week).
* Morning shift: 8:00–15:00, plus two afternoons of choice: 16:00–18:30.
* Negotiable flexible hours \+ 1 remote workday per week. (2 days during summer season)
* Project duration: 12 months, with possibility of extension.
* Annual gross salary \+ performance-based variable (to be discussed during interview).
* Availability to travel regionally and own vehicle.

#### **Your Profile**
### **Required Academic Qualifications**
* Psychology
* Social Work
* Pedagogy
* Labor Relations and Human Resources, Labor Sciences
* Social Education
* Other related university degrees
### **Required Experience**
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in employment, vocational guidance, or socio-labor insertion projects.
* Experience coordinating teams or managing projects.
* Experience working with unemployed individuals and/or vulnerable groups.
* Valuable: experience in labor intermediation with companies.
* Valuable: experience managing publicly funded employment programs.
