Our passion lies in architecture and project development. Our standard product is the planning and construction of medical and social-use buildings; however, all such properties are owned by us and built exclusively for our own portfolio. **Your role:** To support our construction team, we seek a professional comfortable with construction management. \~Essentially, the position advertised here refers to classical construction management. As Construction Manager, you will participate from the approval phase of a new project and thus gain comprehensive insight from the outset. Together with a multi-member team comprising project control and management, you will conduct further coordination with engineers and contractors. Finally, you will independently support project management under your own responsibility even before construction begins. From the start of construction onward, you will assume responsibility for site management, supervise craftsmen, coordinate construction timelines, or verify progress invoices. Results-oriented project monitoring comes naturally to you. \- Management of interesting and highly demanding projects, ensuring high-quality execution \- Independent, technically competent coordination of one or several construction sites, covering all associated aspects, including budgetary responsibility \- Procurement of materials; scheduling and control \- Coordination, execution, and timely monitoring of on-site processes \- Ensuring and optimizing quality standards \- Ensuring compliance with site regulations and safety standards \~Detailed drawings, execution plans, or building application plans are prepared by other architects within our team. \~Contact with our business partners will be handled by a member of our office staff and falls outside your responsibilities. \- Prior experience in medical building construction or social projects is not required, as you will join an existing team of architects and contractors. **Your profile:** \- Degree in Civil Engineering (Bachelor’s or Master’s) or Architecture \- Good knowledge of German or fluent English \- Valid driver's license **We offer:** \- Salary above industry average \- Free accommodation \- Company car at your disposal \- Opportunities for career advancement With us, you will find a highly motivated team possessing above-average qualifications, who enjoy their work, benefit from excellent working conditions, and operate within an autonomous area of responsibility.
