DESCRIPTION A well-established company in the industrial/recycling sector is seeking to hire a **Junior Commercial Representative** for its center in **San Martín de la Vega**. Initially, you will benefit from a period of mentoring and training to familiarize yourself with internal processes, customers, and suppliers across central Spain. **Responsibilities:** * Implement the commercial strategy defined by Management. * Plan and negotiate purchases and sales of materials. * Monitor all operations comprehensively (confirmations, samples, and requests). * Establish and manage a schedule of commercial visits to customers and suppliers. * Handle incidents and complaints to ensure high-quality service delivery. * Represent the company at sector-specific trade fairs and conferences. **What do we offer?** * Permanent employment contract. * Initial remuneration: €25,000–€28,000 gross per annum. * Incentive Plan (starting after the first year): Upon achieving autonomy in managing your client portfolio, a highly competitive variable compensation package will be activated: Quarterly commissions based on purchase/sale margins. Annual profit-sharing. Continuous training and ongoing support from the Area Coordinator.
