Gartzia Origen, S.L. is seeking a new sales representative for horticultural and fruit products Job Description At Gartzia Origen S.L., a company specializing in the production and marketing of horticultural and fruit products, we are looking to hire a responsible, dynamic, and commercially oriented individual for the position of Export and Domestic Market Sales Representative. Your main responsibilities will focus on customer acquisition, management, and retention, as well as contract negotiation and opening new markets both nationally and across Europe, ensuring efficient management and the highest service quality. Key responsibilities include: · Prospecting and acquiring new customers in domestic and European markets. · Monitoring and retaining the current customer portfolio. · Negotiating prices, terms, and sales contracts. · Identifying commercial opportunities in new markets. · Coordinating with logistics and administrative teams to ensure proper order and delivery management. · Achieving established sales targets and margin goals. · Representing the company at trade fairs, events, and business visits. Requirements · Prior experience in the horticultural and fruit sector. · Knowledge of domestic and export markets (an existing customer portfolio is an advantage). · Minimum English proficiency level B1; other languages (French, German, Italian, etc.) are valued. · Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer-oriented skills. · Strong organizational ability, initiative, and problem-solving capacity. · Professional, committed, and results-driven attitude. · Willingness to travel.
