




Job Summary: Supervises and coordinates the daily operations of a center, managing multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive and personalized care. Key Responsibilities: 1. Multidisciplinary team coordination 2. Ensuring comprehensive and personalized care 3. Resource management and external coordination Plan, organize, and supervise the center's daily operations. Coordinate the multidisciplinary team (occupational therapist, physiotherapist, auxiliary staff, nursing, social work, etc.). Ensure comprehensive, personalized, and person-centered care. Develop, implement, and evaluate the center's intervention programs and activities. Supervise the proper application of clinical, safety, and quality protocols. Conduct user follow-up jointly with the technical team, reviewing objectives and progress. Maintain smooth and continuous communication with families and caregivers. Coordinate with external social and healthcare services. Manage material resources and assist in the center's administrative tasks. Organize technical and auxiliary staff.
