Job Summary: Verisure is seeking a Business Consultant to lead customer strategy, managing the customer lifecycle and maximizing the economic value of the customer base. Key Highlights: 1. Professional development in a business-critical area **Securitas Direct is now Verisure, also in Spain.** From the **Customer Value Management** department — responsible for maximizing the long-term economic value of the customer base through holistic lifecycle management (retention, revenue growth, and experience) — we are looking to hire a **Business Consultant**, focused on the strategy and portfolio management layer. You will join a team with direct business impact, responsible for **defining and executing the customer strategy**, acting on key levers such as churn, ARPU, upselling, and pricing. You will lead data-driven strategic initiatives, owning their impact on business outcomes. You will have direct exposure to critical decisions, participating in customer portfolio prioritization and in defining and implementing action plans, with ownership over high-impact cross-functional projects. **What will your day-to-day look like?** Define and evolve the customer portfolio management strategy, aligning business objectives, satisfaction, and profitability Lead end\-to\-end initiatives focused on: * Reducing churn * Increasing ARPU (upselling and pricing) * Enhancing customer experience Analyze large volumes of data to identify actionable insights and translate them into business decisions Design customer segmentation and prioritization models based on value and behavior Define, execute, and measure commercial initiatives (online and offline), ensuring impact on key KPIs Collaborate with BI, Data Science, and business teams to enhance analytical and activation capabilities Prepare and communicate strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders, including the Executive Committee Participate in cross-functional and international projects with direct impact on results. **Mandatory Requirements** * Degree in Engineering, Business Administration (ADE), Economics, Mathematics, or related field * **3\-5 years of experience in consulting or analytical/strategic roles**, ideally in recurring-service environments (e.g., telecom, pay TV, subscriptions, etc.) * Strong analytical capability and understanding of **business drivers and key KPIs** * Experience building analytical models and conducting **complex business analysis** * Advanced proficiency in **Excel and PowerPoint**; experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) is a plus * High ability to structure, synthesize, and translate analysis into **actionable plans** * Excellent communication and presentation skills at senior levels * Experience working in demanding environments with multiple projects and tight deadlines * Advanced English proficiency (Portuguese is a plus) **Key Competencies** * Critical thinking and results orientation * Intellectual curiosity and analytical mindset * Proactivity and anticipation capability * Adaptability to dynamic environments * Leadership and influence without direct authority * Teamwork and customer orientation * “Hands\-on” profile with an execution mindset **What do we offer?** * A role with direct impact on strategic decisions and key business KPIs (churn, ARPU, recurring revenue) * Exposure to senior-level decision-making * Participation in strategic initiatives with measurable impact * An analytical, execution-oriented environment * Professional development in a business-critical area At **Verisure**, people are at the heart of everything we do.
