Responsibilities - Various administrative tasks: document management, call reception, etc. * Support for other departments to ensure alignment across the organization. * Accounting of invoices. * Responding to customer inquiries regarding invoicing. * Email management. * Reviewing, preparing, and issuing invoices. * Processing credits. Requirements - Prior experience in a similar position for at least one year. * Higher Vocational Training (FP2) in Administration or university studies, preferably in Administration. * Knowledge of accounting, advanced Excel, and digital competencies. * Ability to work effectively in a team. * Responsible, committed, and proactive individual.
