What will your responsibilities be? Reporting to the company’s Legal Director, you will be responsible for: * Conducting friendly telephone collections on assigned cases. * Negotiating agreements and payment plans with debtors. * Monitoring compliance with payment commitments. * Accurately recording all actions taken. * Maintaining professional, approachable, and solution-oriented communication. What are we looking for? * Prior experience as a collections or recovery manager, telephone customer service representative, or negotiator. * Native-level proficiency in Peninsular Spanish is mandatory. * Proficiency in French. * Strong communication and negotiation skills. * Ability to work in an organized, goal-oriented manner. * Residence in the province of Girona or ability to commute for in-person days. What do we offer? * Permanent contract. * Weekly working hours: **20 or 30 hours**. * Working days: Monday to Friday.
