We have one vacancy for an Administrative Assistant in the Accounting Department at our offices in Barcelona. We are a tour operator with over 34 years of experience in the adventure tourism sector, offering our own products. The selected candidate must be dynamic, committed, flexible, proactive, solution-oriented, capable of teamwork, and self-motivated. **Your typical day will include:** · Supporting various tasks related to the daily operations and functioning of the accounting department. · Assisting the department with year-end closing, including locating and recording customer and supplier invoices. · Recording accounting entries. · Guide fee settlements. · Archiving documentation (invoices, attendance records, contracts, etc.). · Providing telephone support. · Other tasks arising from daily operations, as defined according to departmental needs. **Requirements and Competencies:** · Minimum qualification: Intermediate Vocational Training (FP Grado Medio) in Administration. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook. · Methodical, organized, and rigorous profile. · Experience with A3ERP and/or Contaplus is valued. · Immediate availability. **Terms and Benefits:** · Stable position in a solid and growing company. · Permanent full-time contract.
