We are seeking a candidate with academic training in Labor Relations, Human Resources, Psychology, or Economics, and experience in personnel administration—preferably within the food industry—to work in Granada. This position involves joining the Human Resources department of a company in this sector.
Key responsibilities include maintaining up-to-date personnel files, preparing internal communications and labor calendars, and supporting the onboarding of new employees. The role also entails managing employee hiring and termination procedures, temporary contracts, identification cards and access credentials, as well as addressing individual staff inquiries. Additional duties include training management, tracking working hours and absences, processing documentation with public authorities, mutual insurance companies, and occupational risk prevention entities, as well as assisting in the development of protocols and audits.
