




Job Summary: We are seeking administrative staff to handle order processing, invoicing, and customer service, with full-time hours and strong commitment. Key Responsibilities: 1. End-to-end order and invoicing management. 2. Telephone and remote customer support. 3. Prior experience and commitment highly valued. In Villamuriel de Cerrato, we require administrative staff to manage the full order lifecycle—from preparing delivery notes to tracking goods rejected by customers. Invoicing tasks will also be performed, including processing charges for returns or errors, as well as disputing incorrect invoices and arranging subsequent refunds. Additionally, customers will be supported both by telephone and via remote channels—answering inquiries and managing incidents. This is a full-time position, with eight working hours per day from Monday to Friday, in a split shift between 08:00 and 17:30, including legally mandated breaks. * Prior experience in an identical or similar role. * We seek an organized and committed individual. * Immediate availability and start date. * Personal vehicle required. * Local residence near the workplace is advantageous. * Minimum qualification: Vocational Training Cycle in Administration or equivalent. \- At least 2 years’ experience in similar roles.
