Community Manager Remote Flexible \| 10\-15 h\/week approx. About WIP Records WIP Records is an independent record label focused on emerging hip hop, trap, R\&B, and urban music artists. We work hand-in-hand with our artists to develop their projects through strategy, branding, content, and releases—aiming to build long-term careers. We are currently seeking someone who wants to gain real-world experience in the music industry while contributing to the label's growth. What will you do? You will be one of the people responsible for WIP Records' digital presence. Your responsibilities will include: * Planning the content calendar. * Generating creative ideas for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms. * Publishing content consistently. * Covering studio recordings, sessions, and events. * Recording and editing short-form content when needed. * Proposing trends and new formats. * Collaborating with artists to enhance their image. * Analyzing which posts perform best and suggesting improvements. We are not looking solely for someone to post content. We seek a proactive and creative individual. What are we looking for? * Students or recent graduates in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Audiovisual Studies, or related fields. * Interest in the music industry. * Creativity. * Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, and Reels. * Ability to generate ideas. * Organizational skills. * Eagerness to learn. Professional experience is not mandatory. A portfolio—even a personal one—will be highly valued. What do we offer?
