Our core values—collaboration, innovation, commitment, fun, and trust—guide us toward excellence. **What do we value?** At least 4 years’ experience as a **Liferay Architect** in complex projects and critical environments. * Solid experience in architecture, design, and implementation of solutions based on **Liferay DXP**. * In-depth knowledge of the product and its internal architecture, enabling definition of robust and scalable technical solutions. * Valid **Liferay** certifications. * Experience in technically leading development teams across greenfield projects, evolutionary maintenance, corrective maintenance, and incident management. * Ability to perform effort estimations, technical analysis, and define business-aligned solutions. * Prior experience with high-complexity clients or projects, especially within large organizations. * Excellent communication skills, client interaction capabilities, and coordination of multidisciplinary teams. * A proactive, dynamic, assertive, and results-oriented profile. **What would your responsibilities be?** * **Liferay Solution Architecture and Design:** Define the technical architecture of solutions, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and alignment with client standards. * **Technical Leadership:** Provide technical leadership throughout all project phases, supporting and guiding development teams. * **Analysis and Estimations:** Prepare effort estimations for design, development, evolutionary maintenance, corrective maintenance, and incident resolution tasks. * **Functional and Technical Design:** Participate in requirements definition, functional analysis, and creation of technical designs addressing business needs. * **Data Modeling:** Define and build data models aligned with functional specifications and technical project requirements. * **Planning and Tracking:** Plan tasks, monitor team progress, and report status and execution forecasts (ETC). * **Quality and Validation:** Define test cases or support the QA team in their creation, and validate implementations delivered by development teams. * **Technical Review:** Review technical documentation produced by developers to ensure compliance with established standards. * **Knowledge Management:** Consolidate, share, and apply technical and methodological knowledge acquired across various projects. * **Business Engagement:** Collaborate with stakeholders and business units to identify needs, propose solutions, and ensure project success. **Additionally, we highly value experience and/or knowledge in:** * Development of components and integrations on **Liferay DXP**. * Experience integrating enterprise applications and service-based architectures. * Knowledge of **React** for developing modern front-ends and integrations with Liferay. * Experience designing large-scale corporate portal architectures. * Advanced Liferay certifications and continuous updates on new product versions. * Experience working under Agile methodologies. * Technical leadership, mentoring, and development team management capabilities. * Experience in insurance sector projects. A **C1 level of English**, both spoken and written, is desirable for international contexts.
