Supporting the commercial team in planning commercial strategies. Collaborating in resolving incidents and ensuring customer satisfaction. Managing and archiving documentation related to the commercial area. For this position, we are seeking a professional with the following qualifications: **Academic Qualification**: University Degree or Higher Vocational Training (FP) in Administration, Commercial Administration/Exportation, or related fields. **Experience**: 2–3 years in a similar role. **Languages**: Solid knowledge of English and French (C1 level in both) is mandatory. Arabic is desirable. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with the SAP system. Familiarity with the packaging, logistics, food industry, or similar sectors is advantageous. Strong customer orientation and ability to build trust-based relationships. Organized, solution-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
