




Job Summary: We are seeking experienced administrative assistants to support the daily operations of a legal firm, performing general administrative tasks and providing customer service. We are seeking two administrative assistants for a company operating in the legal sector, with some prior experience in this field (not mandatory but preferred) to support the firm’s daily operations. General responsibilities—though not exhaustive—include: General administrative management: filing, document organization and control; preparation and drafting of documents and communications; data entry and case file updates; document management and recordkeeping (digital and physical); public service (in-person and telephone), including appointment and calendar coordination; administrative support to the legal team. Requirements: Prior experience as an administrative assistant (preferable in law firms, consulting offices, or management agencies). Proficiency in office software: Word, Excel, and common tools. Organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities. Professional demeanor and customer orientation. Ability to handle high-volume workloads. * Minimum 1 year of experience in the relevant environment and tasks. * High School Diploma (Batxillerat). * Permanent employment contract. * Full-time schedule. * Gross monthly salary: 1500. * Additional details: Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 08:00–17:00, with a 45-minute lunch break and two 15-minute breaks each day; Friday: 08:00–15:00, with two 15-minute breaks each day.
